"Vinny the Pug" on Training Rock

It is located at the corner of Osborn and 12th Streets in Phoenix, Arizona. For an entire year, a young "Vinny the Pug" and his human trainer visited this rock once or twice every day to hone his climbing skills. So good had Vinny gotten that he was even able to make a 380 degree turn while on the top of this boulder without ever coming down. "Vinny the Pug" owes much to the boulder at Osborn and 12th streets in Phoenix, Arizona.
